2012-2017 Strategic Plan
For the first time in our 108-year history the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce has created a five-year strategic plan.
The objectives set forth will help direct the Chamber in our mission to promote the economic and community well-being of San Luis Obispo.
The plan is structured to provide background and context in five key areas: economic development, legislative affairs, membership, operations and communications.
Within these focus areas the implementation plan includes prioritization of initiatives, specific quarterly action items and key measurements that will be used to determine the success of our efforts in carrying out the plan.
