But will this really save the state money? State Parks District Superintendent Nick Franco will explain why cutting state parks could impact many sectors of our economy.     What do Apple, HP, and Cisco have in common?   They all use San Luis Obispo-based LEVEL Studios to do some of their most important Internet development work.
