Wellness is...
Put simply, wellness is the idea of being aware of and actively working towards better health. Look closely at the definition and you’ll notice two specific components.
Awareness is the first part. Understanding your current health is necessary before you can work on improving personal wellness.
Action is the second part. Working to improve and maintain your health is about "making the rest of your life the best of your life." Wellness isn't something that occurs overnight. The long-term rewards, though, are well worth the cost and effort.
