Of those meals\, 13\,000 will be distributed to the local community by the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo\, and the remaining 27\,000 will be transported abroad to Tanzania. \nDuring the event volunteers will be assigned to a station and\, as a group\, they will assemble food packages that have been scientifically designed to reverse the effects of malnutrition and starvation\, with each meal consisting of 52% soy protein\, 21 different vitamins and minerals\, and dehydrated vegetables and rice.
