DESCRIPTION:The Cal Poly Music Department will present an evening of woodwind and string chamber music at 7:30 p.m. Friday\, May 31\, at the San Luis Obispo United Methodist Church. \nSeveral Cal Poly music ensembles will perform a variety of traditional and contemporary repertoire featuring woodwind and string instruments. The concert will include performances by a woodwind quintet\, saxophone ensembles\, string quartet and cello ensemble. \nThe free\, public concert will be in the sanctuary of the church at 1515 Fredericks St. \nThe concert is sponsored by Cal Poly’s College of Liberal Arts and the Music Department.
