DESCRIPTION:MZR Fitness Extravaganza is safely bringing people together for an outdoor workout\, CPR demonstrations\, Covid Vaccinations\, and blood donations with proceeds benefitting the Lumina Alliance Organization\nMZR Fitness partners with San Luis Ambulance\, Vitalant Blood Services\, Coastal Peaks Coffee\, The Lumina Alliance Organization\, and the County Public Health Vaccine Clinic \nOn September 11\, 2021 at 10am\, MZR Fitness in San Luis Obispo will host a Fitness Extravaganza welcoming the local community to come out and be inspired\, educated\, vaccinated\, and motivated to lead a higher quality of life through a MZR Fitness led workout\, CPR Demonstrations with San Luis Ambulance\, Blood Donations through Vitalant Blood Services\, COVID vaccinations with the County Public Health Vaccine Clinic as well as Coastal Peaks Coffee who will be providing 2 donations: One to those that donate blood on the Vitalant Blood mobile and their second donation will be that 25% of their proceeds that day will go to the Lumina Alliance Organization which is a local non-profit that focuses on a community free from sexual & intimate partner violence. \n“The MZR Fitness Extravaganza will be a great local event with an amazing opportunity for our community to come and get a jumpstart on their fitness as well as be informed on how to live a healthier lifestyle and also to save a life. It is our job to make sure that our community knows that fitness is about more than just what happens in the gym – fitness is a daily decision. Now with his own label Tuff Gong Worldwide\, and publishing company Ishti Music\, Marley has complete control of his master recordings and publishing. His early immersion in music came at age ten when he sat in on recording sessions with his father\, Bob Marley. After eight records with The Melody Makers and three GRAMMY® Awards\, with such chart-topping hits as “Look Who’s Dancing\,” “Tomorrow People” and “Tumbling Down\,” he kicked off a legendary solo career in 2003 with Dragonfly.
