DESCRIPTION:The SLO Museum of Art is will be featuring the exhibit And Also… by Charlie Rugg from March 3rd until May 29th. \nCharlie Rugg is an abstract and portrait oil painter based in San Luis Obispo\, California. Rugg’s work converges on exploring the collective nature of elements that make up human experience\, and how they may be used to create a moment of perspective removed from the self. Rugg’s And Also… exhibition highlights our instinct to construct and define existence around story and the shape of the emergent narrative that comes to life when our stories are viewed as one. \nSLOMA is open from 11 AM until 5 PM every day of the week except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Admission is free.

He attended the University of California at Santa Cruz (BA Painting\, 2000)\, the Tyler School of Art at Temple University (MFA Painting\, 2003)\, and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture (2008).

This is an opportunity for PRWCA Associate members to share their company and services with other members. Sign up for a 4-foot table space where you can display products and information about your business and get to know other members in this walk-around networking event. \nExhibiting at the Member Mixer event is limited to the first 20 Associate members. Expected attendance will be between 100-150 people. Light bites and wine will be provided by Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery. \nParticipation requires the following: \n\nMUST be a current 2023 Associate member of the PRWCA\nOne person required to staff table\nTable must be set up between 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. on April 6 before the event begins at 4:00 p.m.\n\nThe deadline to register your company to exhibit is Monday\, March 13. \nAn invite to all PRWCA members to attend the event will be sent Monday\, March 6. Deadline for attendees to register will be March 30.
