SUMMARY:Insight Studio Workshop | Managing Change
DESCRIPTION:“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence – it is to act with yesterday’s logic.” – Peter Drucker \nOne of the few things we can really count on in business is change. And yet most of us — from the front lines to the corner office — aren’t that good at navigating it. \nThis workshop will equip employers and employees alike with tools not only for surviving change but thriving through it. Participants will put those tools to work in activities designed to bring the concepts to life. \nAttendees will gain: \n\nInsight into the concepts of change management\nPractice mapping out plans and action steps\nStrategies for improving performance even during times of great change\n\nThis two-hour workshop includes lunch. \nSeating is limited; registration is on a first-come\, first-served basis. \n\nAaron Himelson is a management and business consultant whose current endeavors include working with Cuesta College to expand its career and workforce development programs. He previously served as continuous improvement and business manager at Treasury Wine Estates and has both management and professional development teaching experience.
