She currently leads Patagonia’s Global Family Services\, which includes programs like on-site child care\, child care tuition assistance and travel support for employees with infants required to travel for work. As a committed early childhood advocate\, Shushan is passionate about partnering with businesses and communities to find solutions to the national early childhood crisis. \n  \n\n  \nAs MINDBODY’s Director of Corporate Wellness Programs\, Erin Holohan brings more than 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. These years have been largely dedicated to workplace wellness– helping companies design\, implement\, and manage an impactful wellness strategy and onsite wellness program. Holohan believes wellness is a very personal pursuit of achieving one’s full potential and should be a holistic and an ever evolving journey. Her passion is empowering people to live their healthiest and happiest lives. \n  \n\nCorey Meek is the Corporate Responsibility lead for Promega Corporation with 10 years experience relating to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Meek joined Promega to develop a formal corporate responsibility program and collaborates with 20 Promega locations worldwide to advance the company’s corporate responsibility commitments and actions. In his current role he analyzes ESG performance\, communicates progress and drives improvements. Corey is passionate about empowering individuals to be catalysts for change. \n\nOur moderator: \nRecognized as one of the Pacific Coast Business Times’ Top 40 Under 40 and the SLO Tribune’s Top 20 Under 40\, Courtney Kienow has an extensive background in public relations and communications. After a multifaceted Central Coast career\, including a position as Director of Governmental Relations at the SLO Chamber\, Kienow joined the President’s office at Cal Poly in 2015 as the Director of Community Relations.
