Small Business Development Center Director Judy Mahan will share updates on SBA loans and current financial assistance and Morris and Garritano Insurance HR Business Consultant\, Louise Matheny and Director of Compliance\, Keith Dunlop will provide insight on employer’s responsibilities during this time.\n\n\n\nWe want to hear from you!\n\nSend us your questions by end of day Wednesday\, April 22 so we can design a webinar to answer them.\n\nSubmit your questions here\n\n\n\n\nJudy Mahan has a dual role as the Incubator Director for Cal Poly CIE at the HotHouse and the Director of the Small Business Development Center. At the SBDC\, Judy manages the pool of expert consultants who support SBDC clients. Judy and her team have been pivotal in connecting small businesses with financial assistance during the COVID crisis. \n\n \nKeith Dunlop is the Director of Compliance and HR at Morris & Garritano. For more than 30 years\, he has worked in complex compliance\, human resources\, risk management\, insurance claims and litigation environments. Keith is well-versed in both federal and state regulations\, with a particular focus on the ACA and\, as of recently\, the FFCRA. He has presented as a top HR and Compliance consultant for the Benefits Advisor Network\, is a graduate of Leadership SLO XXVII\, and is the current Chair of the SLO City Personnel Board. \n\n\nLouise Matheny is a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with a CA-specific designation\, as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Working with Morris & Garritano Insurance for the past 20 years\, Louise has extensive experience with both small and large employer human resource operations. As a true HR generalist her expertise encompasses the areas of coaching\, employee relations\, employee benefits\, conflict resolution and employment law.
