He teaches courses on political participation\, campaigns and elections\, and voting rights and representation. His previous work on partisan gerrymandering has been cited by the Supreme Court of the United States\, and his next co-authored book: Gerrymandering the States: Race\, Partisanship and the Rewriting of American Federalism\, is forthcoming from Cambridge University Press.
