Throughout his career\, Josh has worked in a wide variety of environments ranging from fine-dining steakhouses to dive bars to punk rock venues to trend-setting craft cocktail joints. In 2013 Josh took over and became the owner of Sidecar Cocktail Co. in San Luis Obispo\, a business that he holds near and dear to his heart. More recently\, Josh\, his wife Lauren\, and a couple other local entrepreneurs became partners and co-founders of The Penny\, a boutique venue in downtown SLO.
