He comes off a successful 17-year career in a variety of organizational development consulting and HR roles at Intel Corporation. At Intel\, Calvin wrote and delivered curricula\, consulted for organizational effectiveness\, and supported business units of up to 6\,000 employees with learning solutions aimed at employee\, manager and leader development. \n\nPanelists \n \nCara Crye has been employed with Farm Supply Company\, a local agricultural cooperative\, since 1996 and has held multiple roles with the company\, starting as a salesperson while attending Cal Poly. Upon graduation\, she became the company’s Marketing Coordinator\, and in recent years was the Vice President of Communications. In July of 2017\, Cara stepped into the role of President/CEO. She is a fourth generation Morro Bay resident with deep roots in the local construction and agriculture industries. \n\n \nJim Duffy is the President/CEO of design firm Ten Over Studio. A LEED accredited professional with 25 years of experience in the field\, Jim’s skill set ensures that the most environmentally friendly options are considered for an array or projects ranging from various downtown commercial\, civic\, medical and retail developments to large scale master planning and design. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Oregon. \n\n \nRuss Levanway focused on company strategy\, leadership development and finance as the CEO of TekTegrity\, a fast growing IT firm founded in San Luis Obispo in 2004. In 2018\, TekTegrity was acquired by CIO Solutions\, a firm with similar values and technology solutions based in Santa Barbara.
