DESCRIPTION:The Great American Melodrama presents the new musical A Dog’s Life performs March 10 through April 24. Performances are Wednesdays through Fridays at 7 p.m.\, Saturdays at 3 and 7 p.m.\, and Sundays at 6pm (On Thursday March 24\, a 2pm matinee will replace the 7pm performance). The Melodrama’s in-house snack bar features great food and drinks served before the show and during intermissions. The all-American restaurant has created a menu featuring the newly released items such as Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs\, Lobster Tacos\, and more\, pairing each delectable dish with one of the delicious beers from the brewery.\nTo start off the dinner\, the first course features Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts with an orange chili glaze\, herb oil\, and macadamia nuts paired with the Angel City Pilsner; the second course highlights the Lobster Taco with saffron crema\, avocado\, and watermelon radish\, served alongside the Angel City Funky Wit; the next course is a Field Green Salad with blue cheese crumbles\, cranberries\, tomatoes\, onions\, and a lemon vinaigrette paired with Angel City Berliner-weiss.\nFor the main course\, Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs\, basted in an orange chili glaze\, topped with chimichurri\, and served with confetti slaw\, matched with Angel City Double IPA; and to round off this mouthwatering meal with a fan favorite\, the Chocolate Torte made with dark chocolate\, served with vanilla ice cream\, and topped with macadamia nuts\, served with Angel City Imperial Chai Stout.
