DESCRIPTION:A Christmas Market is a street market centered around celebrating the holiday season. The history of Christmas Markets goes back to the Late Middle Ages! Markets originated in Europe but are now being held in many other countries. In many towns in Germany and Austria\, the holiday season is opened with the traditional Christmas Market or “Weihnachtsmarkt.” Generally held near the town square\, the market sells food\, drink\, and seasonal items from open-air stalls\, accompanied by traditional singing and dancing. \nThe Cambria Christmas Market’s many unique offerings include tempting local food and drink\, with brats\, fresh baked good and treats\, and Glühwein\, our traditional German hot spiced wine – guaranteed to keep you cozy while wandering through Winter Wonderland!

SUMMARY:LightGabler Seminar: Harassment and Bullying Prevention Training for Supervisors
DESCRIPTION:Employment law firm LightGabler is presenting a seminar on “Harassment\, Discrimination\, Retaliation and Bullying Prevention Training for Supervisors\,” Thursday\, November 30 from 10:00 a.m. to noon in San Luis Obispo. \nCalifornia law requires companies with 50 or more employees provide their supervisors with at least two hours of sexual harassment and bullying prevention training every two years. New supervisors must be trained within six months of starting their supervisory position. The training program is also open to supervisors at companies with less than 50 employees.   \nLightGabler employment attorney Jonathan Fraser Light will conduct the training program that will cover harassment\, discrimination\, retaliation\, bullying as well as how to address employee complaints and better protect the workplace from costly employment claims.   \nAttendees will receive a training acknowledgment form to sign and return to their employers showing that they have completed the program.  \nThe seminar will take place at the Courtyard Marriott\, 1605 Calle Joaquin\, San Luis Obispo. The fee is $50 per person. Seating is limited.  \nReservations for the November 30 seminar are required and can be made by going to http://www.lightgablerlaw.com and clicking on “Seminars.” Attendance is limited to no more than four people per company per training.
