DESCRIPTION:Whether you are an experienced board member or just considering becoming one\, the Spokes Board Academy will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an informed and effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. \nThe Academy takes place in Zoom over seven weeks\, beginning Tuesday\, January 16 and concluding on Tuesday\, February 27. Each session is one hour long\, starting at 10:00 AM. Sessions will be recorded and available to Spokes members in the Video Library.

Residents will have access to a community center\, shared kitchen\, barbeque space\, outdoor patios\, laundry facilities\, bike storage\, playground\, electric vehicle charging stations\, on-site property management\, and supportive services. Some units will provide ADA-certified accessibility for those with mobility\, hearing\, and vision limitations. A light lunch will be served following the ceremony.
