Comprised of two buildings\, this new development will bring a total of 53 one-\, two-\, and three-bedroom units to the City of Grover Beach. Features of the proposed site plan include an interior courtyard with common open space areas connected via walking paths\, drought-tolerant landscaping\, and two community rooms for resident gatherings.
