The SLO Film Festival showcases over 100 independent films\, hosts exciting red-carpet events\, and invites filmmakers and industry professionals to the area for panel discussions and workshops that bring the community together to celebrate the arts by providing a destination for our audiences to be exposed to important topics and conversations around the world.

DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual Cuesta College Ethnic Studies Teach-In on Friday 4/26 will feature the theme “Ethnic Studies is for Everybody!” The program includes keynote speaker Dr. Lucha Arévalo\, student artwork\, original Ethnic Studies Storybooks\, workshops\, and a plenary panel of experts. Over lunch\, community resources will be available and a drum circle will be led by R.A.C.E.
