DESCRIPTION:SLOMAC Presents Ballet Unbound Outside/In\, a celebration of movement\, music\, and the enduring spirit of art\, collaboration\, and nature.  \nFeaturing a world premiere by Maartje Hermans in collaboration with composer and musician Brook Munro and photographer Richard Fusillo\, this work brings the dancers outside and the audience into their world of play\, imagination\, and creativity. Ryan Lawrence will present his highly acclaimed Shoreline premiered last summer in collaboration with Festival Mozaic and featuring Aaron Copeland’s Appalachian Spring. Rounding out the program will be guest artists from the Paso Robles Dance Collective and classical and contemporary works from SLOMAC DC featured at Icon Dance Awards in Los Angeles\, many of which took home top prizes.

SUMMARY:39th Annual Jazz Piano Showcase
DESCRIPTION:The San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation is proud to present their 39th Annual Jazz Piano Showcase on Sunday June 2 at 4 pm at Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church in SLO.  The concert will feature some of the best pianists in the area: Jim Barnett\, Mark Bocchicchio\, George Garcia\, Bob Harway\, Marshall Otwell and Madison Scott accompanied by Dylan Johnson on bass and Darrell Voss on drums. Proceeds are a major fundraiser for the the Jazz Federation’s annual student scholarships.   \n  \nThe show starts at 4pm (with doors opening at 3:30).  Tickets are priced at $40 for general admission\, $30 for Jazz Federation members and Mt.
