DESCRIPTION:Summer Youth Ride Free\n\n\nYouth Ride Free is a Rideshare program that allows K-12 students to ride the bus for free during summer months. No pass is required. Students simply present their student ID to the driver (when they’ve been issued one – for younger students this may not apply). \n\nYouth Ride Free 2024 Service Dates: Monday\, June 10 – Wednesday\, August 14* \n*San Luis Obispo Transit will provide free rides until Saturday\, August 24\, 2024. \n\nExclusions: Regular fares apply to all Runabout\, SLO Trolley\, Morro Bay Trolley and Dial-A-Ride services.  \n\n

DESCRIPTION:For this roundtable\, we seek representatives from local nonprofits serving the Environmental Services Sector. This is an opportunity to gather and accomplish the following: \n\nBuild relationships and collaborations between those serving in the same nonprofit sector\nShare challenges\, successes\, and opportunities within the sector served\nTo seek and receive feedback and moral support from peers\n\nWhether you are a seasoned nonprofit professional or new to your sector\, your presence is valuable. \nGuidelines: \n\nLimit of two people from the same organization\nLimit of 12 participants total\nA commitment to maintain confidentiality to foster a robust and honest discussion.\nParticipants are encouraged to have their cameras on.\n\nA recent participant shared: \n“I was able to share the challenges our group is dealing with and received some good feedback from the host and participants. I also learned about other programs in the area and the issues that face them.” \nYou do not need to have an active Spokes membership\, but you do need to have or create a Spokes account to register.
