Chuck Perriguey\, a highly decorated Marine\, flew over 440 missions in Vietnam before continuing his service as an LAPD helicopter pilot. SUMMARY:Festival Mozaic Presents: Chamber Concert 2: North County
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate as Festival Mozaic Presents: Chamber Concert 2: North County on Monday July 21st 2025! \nFestival Mozaic returns to the intimate Templeton Performing Arts Center for an evening of all Russian chamber music. On the first half of the program\, Glinka’s Sextet for piano and strings shows the composer’s fascination with Italian opera\, while Gliere’s String Octet for strings is distinctly Russian in character and rivals Mendelssohn’s Octet as the finest piece for this ensemble. Finishing the program is Shostakovich’s Piano Quintet\, noteworthy for including a prelude and fugue directly modeled after the works of J. S.
