SUMMARY:San luis Coastal Adult School: Online Qigong Class
DESCRIPTION:Qigong is a gentle system of standing and seated stretching\, moving and breathing exercises that improve range of motion\, stress levels\, coordination and balance. This class will be hosted via Zoom. Participants at home will need a small squishy ball (6″-10″)\, and a chair without arms that allows for an upright seated position. \nThis class will take place every Wednesday from June 3rd – 24th.

No previous experience needed—just curiosity\, enthusiasm\, and a love of performing! The class will end with a celebratory performance for family and friends.

This high-energy improv class is all about creating scenes on the spot using teamwork\, creativity\, and the famous rule of “yes\, and…” Students will play theatre games\, build characters\, and learn how to listen and respond in the moment—no scripts\, no memorization. Along the way\, they’ll build confidence\, flexibility\, and trust in themselves and their classmates. Perfect for both first-timers and experienced performers who want to sharpen their skills and have a blast doing it.
