This roundtable offers a confidential\, peer-based space for board leaders to connect\, share challenges\, and learn from one another in a facilitated session. \nEach 60-minute Zoom session includes brief introductions\, a quick check-in (good news and/or what’s “keeping you up at night”)\, and participant-driven discussion around spotlight topics. Confidentiality is a core expectation (what’s shared in the roundtable stays in the roundtable) to encourage candid conversation and mutual support. Participants are asked to display their name and organization and keep their video on.

Students will participate in in-class “auditions\,” staging rehearsals\, tech rehearsal\, and performance! All registered students will receive a role in the 30-minute end-of-class show on SLO REP’s downtown stage. \nPlease note that this is a very collaborative class.
