A graduate of the American College of Switzerland, she has spent the last 20 years instructing professionals in organizational behavior, managing diversity, training the trainers, and strategic planning for a variety of private and public organizations, most notably the US Peace Corps, Goodwill, Operation Smile, and Terra Livre.
