Lynne Biddinger, is a brand consultant and former owner of 20|20 Creative Group.

In her 20+ years working with marketing organizations of all types—from large healthcare and tech companies to small mom and pop shops, she learned that the greatest predictor of success did not come from advertising or marketing messages, but from the values, beliefs and actions of the people behind the organizations.

Lynne’s new venture—Big Happy Brand is a brand consultancy that helps organizations uncover those hidden values and beliefs, so they can be used to improve both human and financial performance.

In this Insight Studio workshop, Lynne will facilitate a hands-on learning session to help participants uncover their own talents and beliefs and develop a clear vision statement answering the questions “who are we, where are we headed and how will we get there?”
