Beth Wonson is CEO of Beth Wonson & Company, and founder of Navigating Challenging Dialogue®. Beth has worked in the non-profit industries holding various roles including CEO and COO. Beth served as interim Executive Director at the Central Coast Literacy Council helping them restructure their board and build corporate partnerships to expand their mission and increase their funding. After leaving CCLC, Beth started her own company providing leadership development and coaching to a variety of organizations nationwide.
