Join us as we break ground on new affordable housing at
Cleaver & Clark Commons in Grover Beach!

Cleaver & Clark Commons is an affordable housing community that will serve families, farmworkers, and those at risk of homelessness. Comprised of two buildings, this new development will bring a total of 53 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to the City of Grover Beach. Features of the proposed site plan include an interior courtyard with common open space areas connected via walking paths, drought-tolerant landscaping, and two community rooms for resident gatherings. Residents will also have access to onsite property management, and service-enriched support.
