Press Quesadilla Grill® has officially opened its doors, ready to provide locals and visitors with a California Coastal Fresh experience. This new lunch and dinner destination serves carefully crafted, custom made ‘dias, salads, bowls and burritos. The menu, described as “chef inspired Cali-cuisine”, features herb infused proteins, firegrilled salsas and scratch made tortillas that are hand pressed daily.
Press offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with “good mood food” that will leave guests feeling relaxed and recharged. The inception of Press Quesadilla Grill is a testament to the collaborative spirit of local company Heritage Restaurant Brands (HRB), founded by Greg and Jonette Graber in 2016.
“The only thing greater than a dream realized is a dream shared,” said Greg Graber, CEO of Heritage Restaurant Brands. “A long-standing vision to open up a quesadilla grill, paired with love and gratitude for the Central Coast, inspired us to celebrate San Luis Obispo’s friendliness and authentic vibe through Press.”
With a commitment to serving quality ingredients and genuine smiles, the Heritage team is grateful to share their dream and give back to the community in meaningful ways. Although this is the fourth restaurant brand in the HRB portfolio, it’s the first one created internally— in other words, from scratch.
