SLO County Family-Friendly Workplaces is thrilled to unveil the recipients of the 2025 Family-Friendly Workplaces Awards. Now in its fourth year, this recognition continues to honor employers who have embraced family-friendly practices, while also spotlighting those actively working to cultivate a more inclusive and supportive work environment for families. These awards aim to inspire other businesses to join this ever-growing movement, highlighting the significant benefits that come with offering a family-centric workplace culture.
“While many of our workplaces have achieved Diamond level awards, businesses do not have to be family-friendly workplaces to take our assessment. Industries that might consider themselves unable to offer family-friendly benefits have options. I promise that whatever type of workplace you are in, I can help you become more family-friendly for little to no money or time. I urge every employer to take our FREE 2025 assessment,” said SLO Chamber Workforce Development Manager, Christina Lefevre Latner, MMP.
The 2025 SLO County Family-Friendly Workplaces Awards includes a new award level: Orange Diamond. This award is specifically for businesses in the hospitality industry such as restaurants, wineries, lodging and entertainment. Congratulations, and thank you to all our awardees.
