Chef Nicola Allegretta of Mistura Restaurant and Mama’s Meatball is currently competing in the national Taste of Home Favorite Chef Award competition. Known for his dedication to the Central Coast community, Chef Nicola has earned a spot in the semi-finals. If he wins, he will not only be featured in Taste of Home magazine but will also receive a $25,000 prize. Chef Nicola plans to donate this generous prize to Charity: Water, a nonprofit focused on raising funds to build a well for an entire community in need.
