New Life K9s is proud to announce the Fore the Brave Golf Tournament, a special fundraising event dedicated to supporting the organization’s mission of providing life-saving service dogs to veterans and first responders living with PTSD, at no cost to the recipients.
The tournament will be held on June 28, 2025 at Avila Beach Golf Resort, and promises a day of community connection, fun, and purpose — all on behalf of the brave men and women who’ve served and sacrificed for our safety.
“This event is more than a game of golf,” says Celis, program manager of New Life K9s, “It’s an opportunity for individuals, businesses, and community members to come together and directly support our veterans, first responders, and the service dogs that change their lives.”
Participants can expect a shotgun start format, exciting on-course contests, raffle prizes and opportunities to meet members of the New Life K9s team and even some of their service dogs in training.
All proceeds benefit New Life K9s, helping cover the costs of training, medical care and ongoing support for service dog placements.
