La Lomita Ranch Wines will open its historic equestrian barn for an intimate Fall Wine Dinner on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a five-course culinary experience crafted by Chef Rachel Ponce, paired with wines from La Lomita’s Islay Hill Estate Vineyard, each awarded 90+ ratings by Wine Enthusiast.

Chef Ponce’s menu highlights peak-season ingredients and layered flavors that celebrate the vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine, a thoughtful nod to Día de los Muertos, observed the first weekend of November across Latin and Mexican cultures. With seating kept intentionally limited, guests will be treated to personal storytelling from La Lomita’s winemaker and proprietors, sharing the history and inspiration behind each wine.

Located at the base of Islay Hill, the southernmost peak of San Luis Obispo’s iconic Nine Sisters, La Lomita Ranch is home to the only vineyard planted on this landmark. Its wines reflect the unique volcanic terroir of the Edna Valley, expressed through elegant and expressive bottlings.
