The Human Resources Association of the Central Coast is proud to present its 2025 Annual Leadership Conference, The Future of Work Is Human—Inspiring Minds, Motivating Generations and Building Resilient Workplaces. This premier event will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the South County Regional Center, 800 West Branch Street, Arroyo Grande.

Designed for business leaders, executives and professionals across industries, the conference will feature four engaging speakers who will deliver interactive, workshop-style sessions on today’s most pressing workplace challenges and opportunities.
