Join the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance for a special Vit Tech session hosted at Cal Poly’s state-of-the-art JUSTIN and J. LOHR Center for Wine and Viticulture.

An optional facility tour begins at 3:00 p.m., followed by a research seminar at 3:30 p.m. featuring two Cal Poly faculty presentations highlighting new insights into viticulture and enology.

This session is ideal for winemakers, vineyard managers, assistant winemakers, enologists, viticulturists, and anyone in the wine industry looking to apply current research to real-world vineyard and winery practices.
