Rising Tide HR announced the launch of its new bilingual English & Spanish human resources and business support services, expanding the firm’s ability to help organizations strengthen communication and better serve Spanish-speaking employees. The new offering comes in response to growing demand from clients across California and beyond seeking clearer communication and more inclusive HR practices.

The expanded services provide Spanish-language support across onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits communication and policy interpretation, making it easier for employees to understand critical workplace information and for employers to stay compliant. Rising Tide HR will also offer accurate, culturally mindful translations for handbooks, offer letters, safety materials and internal communications.
