Learn the concepts and exercises of Joseph Pilates in this all-levels Mat Pilates class. We will start with pre-Pilates and move through the classical list to create a strong and flexible body. As time goes on, props will be used to increase learning. You won’t believe what you’ll be able to do by the end of the session!
This class will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 2nd – 25th.
Bring a mat and water, and wear stretchy clothes.
