No one can eat just one! Visitors will be able to satisfy their sweet tooth with delectable Greek pastries like honey-soaked baklava, karidopita (walnut cake), melomakarona (honey dipped spice cookie), kurabiedes (powdered sugar-coated shortbread cookie), to name a few. Wine, beer, Specialty Greek cocktails, like Aphrodite’s Aphrodisiac and Bacchus’ Bodacious Blend, and more; soft drinks and water will also be available for purchase.
Dancing is a vital element in the Greek culture and during the festival, guests will witness a variety of traditional Greek dances performed by the OCF and adult groups. The OCF “Oi Foitites” are a high energy competitive dance group that will thrill the crowd. Throughout the weekend, the dancers will be teaching the basics of Greek dancing to anyone who wants to learn. So, wear your dancing shoes and join our dance groups and learn the Syrto and other traditional dances! You’ll be dancing in a snake line all through the Expo Center! OPA!
