The Point San Luis Lighthouse Keepers have begun their expanded tour schedule for summer 2015!
Starting on April 29th the Lighthouse Keepers began offering 3 tours on Wednesday’s. Now, just like Saturday, guests can visit the Lighthouse at 12 PM, 1 PM, or 2 PM through October 28th. The Wednesday tours are a great opportunity for our local residents to bring friends and family to the Lighthouse. Avoid the weekend beach crowd and take a relaxing and fun trolley ride up to the Point San Luis Lighthouse and show off our beautiful and historic gem with your visitors.
Summer at the Lighthouse is also a great time to book a Lighthouse Day Trip for your social or service club. Lighthouse Day Trips can be booked on a day other than Wednesday or Saturday, are a 2 hour visit to the Lighthouse with a guided tour and an optional in-house light lunch. This year is also the 125th birthday of our Jewel of the Central Coast and to celebrate we will be hosting a fabulous gala event on Friday, August 14th. This special evening will feature a live performance by Louie Ortega, King Harris as Emcee, beer tasting with 559 Brewery and many amazing silent and live auction items.
