Join us on Saturday, September 26 from 1 PM to 3 PM for this informational and hands on class aimed to share the history, identification methods, growing/harvesting techniques and uses of herbs that are currently growing in the SLO Botanical Garden. This class will incorporate herbal knowledge, as well as, a hands on harvesting and creating workshop where you will discover the on the herb’s many uses. Please join Lindsey Collinsworth for a class that will increase your herbal knowledge, self-sufficiency, and environmental appreciation. We’ll learn and make basic and more advanced herbal preparations, herbal blending, infusions, syrups, and more. For students 9 years old and up. Limited class size.
