For the 46th year, Cal Poly’s Orchesis Dance Company will present an eclectic combination of dance performances in “Transcend.” Audience members will experience the works of local and nationally known guest artists, Cal Poly dance faculty, and students within the genres of modern, contemporary, jazz, ballet, and more. Orchesis company members, Cal Poly students who are chosen by audition, have rehearsed these dynamic and energetic pieces since September. This concert has something for everyone and is a San Luis Obispo favorite!
