The CIVIC BALLET of SLO is proud to debut on FRIDAY, MARCH 4th during ART AFTER DARK pieces of Contemporary Choreography by Civic Ballet company dancers as well as excerpts from their newest classical ballet ‘The Defiant Daughter’ (La Fille Mal Guardee) choreographed by Jackie Lee. Now in their 38th season, the Civic Ballet SLO’s mission is to be the premier professional ballet company on the Central Coast providing both classical and contemporary productions for all members of our community. The Yoga Center has graciously offered to host the event in their beautiful upstairs studio at 672 Higuera Street. The Company will perform at 7:00 and 7:30pm. Audience members should expect to either sit or stand during the presentation. A short Q&A with director Drew Silvaggio and dancers will follow each presentation.
