Pianist and Cal Poly Music Department Chair W. Terrence Spiller will begin his survey of the complete piano sonatas of Beethoven. This cycle — to be covered in annual spring recitals — starts off with a program of four sonatas: Opus 2 No. 3 in C major, Opus 26 in A-flat major, Opus 14 No.2 in G major, and Opus 81a in E-flat major (“Les adieux”).
