Central Coast Brewing has signed a lease to open a second location at 6 Higuera St., the previous home of San Luis Motorsports. The 10,000 square-foot space will house a restaurant, tasting room and large (60 barrel) production facility. The restaurant will feature a wood fired pizza oven, diverse menu, wine and guest beer taps as well as an expanded selection of CCB’s own beers including a variety of barrel aged projects. Slated to open late this summer, the new facility will allow for expanded community collaborations, including a potential partnership with Bike SLO County, and most importantly 40 whole parking spaces!
