The young and talented members of the San Luis Obispo Youth Symphony will take the stage at the Clark Center for the Performing Arts once again on Saturday, March 9th at 7 p.m. for their annual Spring Concert.

Featured in the performance will be 17 year old Youth Symphony violinist Joseph Wyer from Arroyo Grande. Earlier this season, Joseph competed in the annual Youth Symphony Concerto Competition with five other young musicians to win his place on the program. Joseph will be the violin soloist in Mozart’s Violin Concerto No.4 in D minor performing with the Youth Symphony Concert Orchestra.  Also featured on the program will be the Youth Symphony ensembles: Preparatory Strings, the Academy String Orchestra and the Symphonic Winds performing a variety of classical works including Benjamin Britten’s Matinee Musicales and Bach’s Little Fugue.
