Is the idea of sending your student off to college exciting, yet frightening at the same time? At National College Planning Solutions, we understand personally and professionally just how challenging the college application process can be, and how paying for college is most often an additional stressor. NCPS, SLO wants to help you make the best decisions and learn how to reduce your stress when it comes to planning for college!

NCPS, SLO is offering two free College Scholarship and Financial Aid Workshops to help students and parents make informed decisions and save money on college tuition.

Attendees will learn the importance of knowing their Expected Family Contribution before applying to any schools, how to choose the best-fit schools based on the student’s desires and parent’s pocketbook, understand the true cost for out-of-state and private schools, understand the difference between merit and need-based aid, and learn to effectively search for scholarships as well as how to appeal a financial aid award.
