Food Day is an opportunity to support better local, state, and federal food and nutrition policies, educate the public about healthy, sustainable diets, and push for change in the American food system.
I’m honored to be a part of Cal Poly’s Food Day this year. The aim of this is to create a relationship between students and locally sourced food and to educate/spread awareness of food sustainability.
