A Valentine’s Bouquet of Romantic Selections – We are thrilled to bring this year’s That’s Amore to the glorious acoustical setting of San Luis Obispo’s historic Monday Club, designed by Julia Morgan, famed architect of Hearst Castle! Join us as Artistic Director Brian Asher Alhadeff introduces soprano Julie Davies and baritone Zachary Gordin, two outstanding rising opera stars making their OperaSLO debut, accompanied by the extraordinary collaborative pianist Dr. John Ballerino. This romantic recital will feature well-known solos and duets from opera to Broadway, and a sneak peek from Madama Butterfly, our fall Grand Opera production.
