The Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo Daybreak is on the move. The service club began holding their weekly breakfast meetings at Luna Red Restaurant, located at 1023 Chorro St. next to Mission Plaza. The club’s new venue makes it San Luis Obispo’s first and only downtown-based Rotary club.

San Luis Obispo Daybreak Rotary, which has close to 50 members, meets for breakfast, fellowship, and community and international service-related activities each Tuesday morning from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. The club will celebrate its 15th anniversary later this Spring.

According to Club President Annie Shanks, “We are excited about our new home at Luna Red. In addition to the beautiful setting and plenty of free parking on the street near the restaurant during our morning meetings, our new location is very convenient for the many Rotarians who work Downtown. We look forward to welcoming all Rotarians and guests to our new meeting place, and to attracting new, service-minded members who work and live in the Downtown area.”
