Bank of the Sierra recently named Kelli Blackburn as market president for the San Luis Obispo area.
Blackburn, who was previously vice president, SBA loan officer at the bank’s San Luis Obispo office, will oversee the operations of five branch locations including San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero and Arroyo Grande, as well as the Pismo Beach location which is scheduled to open later this year.
She will also be responsible for assessing the risk of financial transactions executed by bank personnel; directing, coordinating and monitoring activities to implement institution policies, procedures and practices; and generating new business.
Blackburn brings more than 13 years of experience in banking and financial services in the San Luis Obispo area. She joined the Bank of the Sierra team in March of 2017.
