The Foundation for the Performing Arts Center announced at Sunday’s Annual Swanson Fund Luncheon that Lewis Financial would generously match $7,500 in new gifts to the Fund this season.

pacThis year’s luncheon honored Susan and Tom Davies, an inspiring couple who have spent over 34 years teaching and conducting on the Central Coast. Guests at the event were treated to an exceptional musical tribute to the couple, including pieces by SLO Master Chorale, Mezzo Soprano, Karen Dunn and Terry Spiller performing Beethoven.

“I am so pleased to support the Clifton Swanson PAC Community Access Fund,” said Wayne Lewis. “The Fund provides invaluable support that helps make it possible for our community’s arts groups to perform on a world class stage.”

The Luncheon, generously underwritten by Lyn Baker, kicked off the third season of the Clifton Swanson PAC Community Access Fund, an OperaSLO performing Showboat on-stage at the PAC initiative that awards grants to local non-profit arts groups to help support the cost of performing on-stage at the Performing Arts Center.

Applications are now available for the 2018 – 19 Swanson Fund season. Please visit http://fpacslo.org/swanson-fund/ for more information.
